This website is operated by Theodore Johnson under the name Leave One Light On. By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Purpose of the website
The website shares stories, books, educational and inspirational content, resources, and information about the Leave One Light On movement. Content is provided for general informational and inspirational purposes.
Books and third-party purchases
Books and digital products may be offered through independent platforms such as Amazon and Gumroad. Purchases made on those platforms are transactions with the applicable platform or seller and are governed by the checkout terms, delivery terms, and return or refund policy displayed there. Questions about an Amazon or Gumroad order should be directed through the platform where the purchase was completed.
Optional support contributions
Payments made through Stripe are voluntary contributions supporting Theodore Johnson's creation and maintenance of educational and inspirational content associated with Leave One Light On. No goods or services are purchased through these contributions.
Contributions are generally final and nonrefundable. If a contribution was duplicated, unauthorized, or made in error, contact us promptly at info@leaveonelighton.org. Requests will be reviewed individually and any refund required by law will be honored.
Contributions are not charitable donations and are not represented as tax-deductible. Payment processing is provided by Stripe and is also subject to Stripe's applicable terms and policies.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website's original text, design, graphics, branding, and other content are owned by Theodore Johnson or used with permission. You may view and share links to the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, or use the website in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.
